Blues Brothers
Synopsis
After being released from prison, Jake Blues reunites with his brother Elwood and discovers that the Catholic orphanage where they were raised is in danger of closing because it cannot pay a large property tax bill. Determined to save the orphanage, Jake and Elwood embark on a self-described "mission from God" to raise the money.
Their solution is to reunite their former rhythm-and-blues band, The Blues Brothers, and stage a fundraising concert. Along the way, the brothers encounter a series of obstacles, including angry police officers, a mysterious woman seeking revenge, rival musicians, and various eccentric characters. Their journey takes them across Chicago in a chaotic adventure filled with car chases, comedy, and unforgettable musical performances.
