Practical Magic 2

Synopsis

Set a quarter‑century after the 1998 film, Practical Magic 2 centres on the Owens family as long‑buried truths about their magical lineage come to light. Kylie Owens, Sally’s eldest daughter, begins developing dangerous abilities and uncovers hidden family history that threatens the entire bloodline.

Her attempt to end the curse places her on a perilous path, echoing the family’s generations‑long struggle with love, loss, and magic. As Kylie’s powers draw the attention of dark forces, Sally, Gillian, their aunts Jet and Frances, and the younger generation must reunite. Their journey takes them from Massachusetts to the United Kingdom to confront the source of their magic and stop the curse once and for all.

The film blends supernatural fantasy, family drama, and romance, continuing the saga of the Owens women as they face sacrifice, danger, and the enduring strength of sisterhood.

This sequel expands the world established in the original story, deepening the multi‑generational narrative of the Owens witches and their centuries‑old struggle against a loveless fate.
